The Archdiocese has been blessed with five newly ordained Priests.
1) Rev. Fr. Eric Offen Appiah
2) Rev. Fr. Solomon Akortsu
3) Rev. Fr. Benedict Adjei Ntiedu
4) Rev. Fr. Prince Owusu Sarpong
5) Rev. Fr. Richard Kofi Karikari
Their priestly ordination took place at St. Peter's Catholic Church, Barekese in the Kumasi Deanery on Saturday 18th July, 2015. This great day of joy and Solemn Celebration had the Metropolitant Archbishop, Most Rev. Gabriel Justice Yaw Anokye, to be the main celebrant as he ordained the five candidates into the Holy Priesthood of the Catholic Church. Present too were the two Emeriti; Most Rev. Peter Kwasi Sarpong and Most Rev. Thomas Kwaku Mensah.
